What a rigorous in the car day! We left Cortez toward Monument Valley. Toured Goulding Trading Post then entered the Navajo Nation Park ($20 for up to 4). We then took the dirt road to the left for our 15 mile self car tour. Red dust flying – in our hair, our lungs, all inside the car. It was a crazy, bumpy ride over the ruts and gullies to see the stupendous, miraculous sites in Monument Valley. My boobs had more action than in the last year with all that bobbling to and fro and up and down. On to Page, AZ near Lake Powell. Highway flanked by many mountain forms – mesas, cliffs, merengue dollops.
